My professional career of over 25 years as a coach, manager and mentor has allowed me to develop a unique understanding of human behaviour and psychology.

 

I have worked with children and adults from every background, from troubled teens suffering from anxiety and drug abuse to helping single dads struggling to cope with family separation.

My own challenging journey has helped me to help others.

I have also had my own challenging journey which has only given me motivation to understand and educate myself, ensuring that I get out the other side stronger, wiser and equipped to help others through these challenging life experiences. 

 

I am passionate and truly motivated to help people understand the relationships between their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. We work together ensuring unwanted emotions, triggers and behaviours are challenged and understood.

My loyalty and natural empathy gives you a trusted soul. You can feel safe in conversation and even stronger with your next actions.

  • Can I have a taster session?
    Yes, I offer a taster consultation so you can understand our health and wellbeing services before committing to a full program. It's a great way to see if it's the right fit for you.
  • Where do sessions take place?
    These sessions are typically held in a location you feel most conformable. Location may depend on the focus of the session, but they can be at your home, a chosen public meeting space or online.
  • Is my information confidential?
    Absolutely. All personal and health-related information is treated with strict confidentiality in line with data protection and ethical standards.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
    Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance by contacting me directly by email, text or phone call.
  • What can I expect from an online fitness or mentoring session?
    Online sessions are designed to be engaging, interactive, and accessible from anywhere. For fitness sessions, you'll follow either guided workouts via your lifestyle programming app or video led by a certified instructor. Mentoring sessions are one-on-one video calls or in person meetings focused on personal development, goal setting, and ongoing support. All sessions aim to create a positive, motivating and supportive experience.
  • How do I pay for sessions or services? Can I pay in instalments?
    Payments can be made securely by credit/debit card, or by bank transfer using a payment link that will be sent at the start of the chosen package. Instalment plans are available for selected programs and services.
  • How long is a Lifestyle Coaching session?
    The initial session usually lasts up to 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually shorter and run around 25 minute depending on the sessions goal.
